Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using GenWebb ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

  • GenWebb is an AI-powered website generation platform that produces WordPress themes, HTML/CSS websites, and AI images ("Outputs") from user-provided prompts and settings.
  • Outputs are delivered as downloadable files. GenWebb does not host websites on your behalf.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Credits and Billing

  • The Service operates on a credit system. Each generation type consumes a defined number of credits.
  • Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Top-up credits purchased separately never expire.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use GenWebb to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API or generation pipeline.
  • You may not resell or sublicense access to GenWebb to third parties without our written permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

6. Ownership of Outputs

  • You own the Outputs you generate. GenWebb does not claim any rights to the websites, themes, or images produced from your prompts.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Outputs complies with applicable law.
  • GenWebb retains the right to display anonymised examples of generated sites for marketing purposes unless you opt out by emailing legal@genwebb.com.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The GenWebb platform, branding, UI, and codebase remain the exclusive property of GenWebb.
  • You grant GenWebb a limited licence to process your prompts and settings solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that generated Outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally produce inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenWebb's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Remaining credits are forfeited.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
