Most WordPress themes and HTML/CSS sites are generated in 10–30 seconds. AI image generation typically takes under 10 seconds.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Credits are the currency for generation on GenWebb. Each generation costs a certain number of credits: WordPress or HTML/CSS without images = 6 credits, with AI images = 11 credits. Each standalone AI image = 0.1 credits. Top-up credits are $1 per credit.

Yes. Unused credits from your monthly plan allocation carry over indefinitely. They never expire.

Yes, but only if you have an active subscription. You can add credits in increments from your dashboard at any time — minimum 5 credits, maximum 5,000 per top-up.

Generation will be blocked until you top up or wait for your monthly credit refresh. You'll see a warning in your dashboard when credits are low.

Credits purchased as top-ups are non-refundable once used. If you haven't used the credits, contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. All payments are secured by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Every generated theme includes: style.css, functions.php, index.php, header.php, footer.php, page templates (home, about, services, contact), and a screenshot.png. Everything needed to install and activate in WordPress.

Download the .zip file, go to your WordPress admin → Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme, select the .zip, click Install, then Activate. No FTP, no technical steps.

Generated themes are compatible with WordPress 6.0 and above, which covers the vast majority of installations.

Yes. The generated theme is clean, standard PHP/CSS — you can edit any file in any code editor. It has no dependency on GenWebb after download.

Generally yes, though generated themes are designed as standalone themes. Elementor or other page builders can be installed on top but the themes are fully functional without them.

You receive a ZIP containing: one or more .html files (homepage, about, services, contact), a single style.css, and any AI-generated image files if enabled. Open index.html in a browser and it works immediately.

Anywhere that serves static files: Netlify (free tier), Vercel, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages, cPanel/FTP hosting, AWS S3, or any web server. No Node.js or PHP required.

No. Generated HTML/CSS sites are pure HTML5 and CSS3 with minimal vanilla JavaScript for interactive elements like mobile menus. No React, Vue, Angular, or build tools needed.

Yes, easily. All CSS is written using :root custom properties (variables) at the top of style.css, so you can change the entire color scheme and font stack by editing just a few lines.

Images are generated at up to 1792 × 1024 pixels (landscape) or 1024 × 1792 pixels (portrait), depending on the orientation you request. Standard square images are 1024 × 1024.

Yes. All images generated through GenWebb are royalty-free and can be used for commercial purposes — websites, ads, print, social media — without any attribution required.

Photorealistic, digital illustration, 3D render, flat design, abstract art, and cinematic. Specify the style in your prompt or toggle in the image generator.

Generated images are stored temporarily for download. We recommend downloading your images immediately after generation. Images may be purged after 30 days.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Neon PostgreSQL with encrypted storage. Your prompts and generated content are associated only with your account.

Yes. You can invite team members to your account from the dashboard. Team members share your credit balance. Only account owners can manage billing and credits.

Yes. Click "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page. If you sign up with Google, a new account is created automatically — no password needed.

Go to Dashboard → Subscription → Manage. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Credits remain in your account after cancellation. You can still use them, but you won't receive the monthly refresh or be able to top up without resubscribing.
